Saurabh Nair is the Chief Investment Officer at KIFML. He is actively involved in Infrastructure investments for KIFML. He is also responsible to market KIFML's investment capabilities to institutional investors, corporates and family offices for fund raising for SEBI registered AIF funds. Prior to KIFML, he worked at GVFL Limited, a VC firm based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. His investments for GVFL include Zero Cow Factory, VideoSDK, Lets Dress Up, CTPL.io etc. Furthermore, he has held senior positions in organizations like Pacifica Cos. (Fund Raise), Standard & Poors (Insurance Journalist / SME) and Markit. He has raised over Rs. 2000 Cr. from Govt., Institutions and HNI's. Saurabh holds a Bachelors in Engineering (I.C.) degree from Gujarat University and PGDM in Finance From Indian Business Academy

Ajosh Krishnakumar has been actively involved with KIFML since 2019 and is part of the Key Investment Team at KIFML. He is responsible for originating investment themes, evaluating and executing new investments, managing the fund’s portfolio et al. Ajosh also holds a position of General Manager (Institutional Finance Group) at Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (“KIIFB”, which is the promoter of KIFML), the nodal agency for financing infrastructure projects in the State of Kerala. At KIIFB, he is responsible for all fund-raising activities from structuring to execution. He is also actively involved in the management of KIIFB’s investment portfolio. He has 8+ Years of professional experience working in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Private Equity. Previously he worked as a founding partner at Alpine Swift Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank based in Bangalore focussing on M&A advisory for IT/ITes and fund raise advisory for startups across B2C categories. His earlier investment banking stints were with JM Financial at their Mumbai office and Khetal Advisors, which is a boutique advisory firm based in Bangalore. He has an MBA from IIM Bangalore (PGP, Class of 2016), & a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government Engineering College, Trivandrum.

In addition, she is responsible for all investor relations, communications and fund-raising support to the team. She has 1+ Years of experience working in Drafting, reviewing, and legal research. Previously she worked with SGk law chambers Focusing on drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings. She also worked with SR Associates, on ensuring compliance with legal procedures, case preparation and strategy development. She is an Integrated BCOM LLB (Hons) from Kerala law academy law college, Thiruvananthapuram Kerala.
