Remya R S is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited (KIFML). In her role, she is responsible for the Company's secretarial and compliance functions, including corporate governance, statutory and regulatory compliances, Board and Committee management, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework governing the SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) managed by KIFML.

With over 17 years of professional experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, Remya has extensive expertise in corporate law, Board and Committee processes, regulatory filings, governance advisory, and compliance management across both the public and private sectors.
