Ajosh Krishnakumar has been actively involved with KIFML since 2019 and is part of the Key Investment Team at KIFML. He is responsible for originating investment themes, evaluating and executing new investments, managing the fund’s portfolio etc.
He has 8+ Years of professional experience working in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Private Equity.
Previously he worked as a founding partner at Alpine Swift Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank based in Bangalore focusing on M&A advisory for IT/ITes and fund raise advisory for startups across B2C categories. His earlier investment banking stints were with JM Financial at their Mumbai office and Khetal Advisors, which is a boutique advisory firm based in Bangalore.
He has an MBA from IIM Bangalore (PGP, Class of 2016), & a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government Engineering College, Trivandrum.

Remya RS is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited (KIFML), where she is responsible for the secretarial and compliance functions of the company, as well as managing the regulatory requirements of SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
With over 12 years of experience in the field of Company Secretarial and Compliance services, Remya has a strong background in corporate governance and legal compliance. Prior to her current role at KIFML, she served as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Muthoot Mercantile Ltd. Her career also includes working as the Company Secretary and Finance Manager at Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited, and as the Company Secretary at Kerala Transport Development Finance Corporation Limited and Directus Consultants Private Limited.
Remya is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds Master’s degree in Commerce and LLB from the University of Kerala.
Gritesh Kumar Sharma

Gritesh Kumar Sharma is part of the Investment Team of KIFML. He is responsible for Deal Sourcing & Evaluation, Due Diligence, Deal Execution, Portfolio Management, Impact &; ESG Reporting, Fundraising & Exit Strategy.
With about 5 years of experience, including more than 3 years in deal advisory and strategy consulting, Gritesh has proven his capability in various sectors. At KPMG Global Services, he specialized in deal advisory for industries like automobiles, food, healthcare, renewable energy, and fashion. Additionally, he gained expertise in financial modeling and credit analytics during his tenure at S & P Global.
Gritesh earned his MBA from Alwar School of Business, Visakhapatnam, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
Akhil G Nair
Accounts Officer
Akhil G Nair is the Accounts Officer of KIFML. He is handling all the financial transactions, Accounting, preparation of Financial Statements, Statutory Filings etc.
He has 7+ years of experience working in the area of Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. Previously he worked with Hercules Automobiles International (P) Ltd, Sridhar & Co Chartered Accountants and Directus Consultants Pvt Ltd.
He has Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Kerala.
Anu V Sankar
Associate – Legal & Investor Relation
Legal Professional With 3 Years of Experience
At KIFML Anu is legal counsel and is responsible for corporate advisory, legal documentation and transaction negotiations. She is also the single point contact for existing and new investors in the company and the fund.
A Legal Professional with 3 years of experience. Previously she worked with Ks Gopinathan Nair & Associates focusing on case preparations and assisted senior counsel on matters of family, civil and criminal laws.
She completed her integrated B.Com LL.B. at Mar Gregorios College of Law, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Aditya Nataraja

Aditya Nataraja is the Chief Investment Officer at KIFML taking care of fundraising and investments.
Aditya comes with over two decades of experience across sectors and stages. He has raised funds over the years from foreign and domestic institutional investors, family offices, governments, and corporates. He has also been involved in early stage investing in technology, impact investing and incubation of technology ideas. He has actively managed a portfolio of 30+ investments delivering above market returns on funds he managed. He brings deep expertise across infrastructure and technology sectors.
Apart from work, Aditya enjoys playing cricket and follows the sport too. He is passionate about certain social causes. He also enjoys quoting trivia and quizzing. Watches movies to unwind and is an avid fan of AR Rahman’s music.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore along with an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy. He has also completed a course on Venture Capital from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
